Trip Report
Sleep protocol, week three
Nothing dramatic to report, which is sort of the point. I bought the Sleep Protocol because the description said boring on purpose and that was exactly the pitch I wanted. Three weeks in, it has delivered on the boring.
I kept a log before I started, because the guide said to and because I am the sort of person who does what the guide says. The first week of that baseline, it took me an average of fourteen minutes to fall asleep by the clock on the ceiling. That felt normal to me. I had nothing to compare it to.
One sachet at ten every night, same mug, same chair. By the end of week two the number was nine. By the end of week three it was six. I did not feel anything on any individual night, and I want to be clear about that. There was no moment where I thought, ah, there it is.
The box ends in five days and I am not going to buy another one straight away. I want to see if the six sticks. I suspect a lot of it is the mug and the chair. That would be fine too.
